Terms and Conditions

• The property caters to 2 guests per room. Extra bed charges will be applied for a third individual.
• Our check-in time is 2:00 PM, and our check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• In case the check-in time is between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, please let us know in advance.
• Children between 5 and 12 years of age who do not require an extra bed will be charged INR 800 per night, including breakfast, excluding GST of 18%.
• Children over 12 years of age will be treated as adults and will be charged the price of an extra bed.
• All rooms are non-smoking. The attached balconies or the garden can be used for smoking.
• Accepted payment methods: Master Card, Visa, American Express, UPI
• For security purposes, foreigners have to carry their passports, and Indians have to carry a valid government-issued ID like an Aadhar Card, Voter Card, etc.
• Pets are not allowed on the property.
• Right to admission is reserved.

Cancellation Rules

• If cancellation is done 30 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is done between 7 and 30 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancellation is done within 7 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
